In general, I am relaxed and quiet in nature, so when it comes to my role as your photographer, I like to allow the day to unfold naturally, giving direction only when needed. This allows me to capture real emotion, and produces beautiful, candid moments and photographs! From the beginning, we'll get to know each other during the engagement session. You'll learn how I work and begin to get comfortable in front of the camera. As the wedding day draws near, we'll perfect your timeline so that your wedding day runs smoothly. On your wedding day, I'll direct when direction is needed [bride and groom portraits, family formals, and bridal party formals]. Otherwise, my approach is to step back and let those candid moments take place...  I'll guide you into the good light and give you small cues. I work with a variety of personalities and preferences, but the biggest factor in my job is trust. If you have further questions about my approach, please ask!
